Using precision metal technology, our certified welders can perform intricate welding on large-scale components. Our fabrication procedures meet and exceed industry standards along with specialized fabrication approvals for multiple applications. KERN-Metaltechnic applies advanced weld cells allowing us to meet design requirements and efficient production volume expectations. All of our multi-functional fabrication cells are outfitted with crane access, enabling us to lift and move large pieces.

Surface treatment processes provide long-term protection against corrosion and resistance to degradation under extreme environmental conditions. Our surface treatments are designed to meet defined requirements critical to customer products. A shot blasting machine alongside the main painting cabin is part of our facility, which is sealed and contained, facilitating a rapid drying phase, thereby eliminating additional external steps and associated costs.

Testing and quality staff inspects all products and components, including assemblies and sub-assemblies to ensure consistency, quality and traceability. We perform a wide range of visual and dimensional testing to OEM specifications including non-destructive testing NDT, operational testing and real-time performance inspections. When external testing is required, we collaborate with approved and certified test centers within short distances from our manufacturing facility.
